Spin Pole Workshop Level: 3 (Intermediate–Advanced)
Take your spin pole skills to the next level in this dynamic, split-focused workshop designed for experienced movers ready to fly.
What to Expect:
In this class, you’ll explore some of Colleen’s favorite crotch-tastic split shapes while learning how to elevate your current tricks with cleaner lines, deeper extensions, and more confident execution. Expect a mix of technique, conditioning, and progression work to help you safely push your range and expression on spin.
You’ll train on 13 ft poles, giving you the space to fully explore height, control, and extended shapes.

Bird of Paradise (Level 3)
Bird of Paradise is a beautifully complex shape that requires a balance of mobility, strength, and control. In this workshop, you’ll break down all the components needed to safely access the movement, including hips, shoulders, and side body engagement.
What to Expect:
You’ll begin by assessing your current range of motion on the ground, then move into targeted drills and activation exercises designed to support the shape. From there, you’ll explore two different entry pathways into Bird of Paradise, giving you options that work best for your body.
This workshop is designed to help you not only attempt the move, but also understand how to continue progressing beyond class.

🎓 Eagle & Inverted Eagle Workshop
Sundays, July 26th | 11:30 - 1:00 PM | with Colleen
Eagle Workshop (Level 3)
Explore the strength, control, and mobility needed to achieve Eagle and Inverted Eagle—two beautifully bendy shapes that challenge how your body naturally wants to move.
This workshop focuses on opening the front body, improving back mobility, and building the awareness needed to safely “undo” common movement patterns we rely on in everyday life. You’ll begin with mobility testing and targeted drills, then work toward safely attempting each shape with proper engagement and alignment.
Skills We’ll Train:
