Ready to slay in the hoop? This 6 week series is designed for baddies of all skill levels looking to build strength, confidence, and flow through Aerial Hoop choreography. With a mix of sexy moves, dynamic spins, and smooth transitions, you’ll level up your aerial game while embracing your inner queen. Each week builds on the last, helping you master your moves and create your own unique flow.

Aerial Hoop: Baddie Bootcamp Kickoff – Learn the fundamentals of mounts, seats, and spins.

Hot Girl Balance – Master back balances and elegant poses like Mermaid and Amazon.

Flip It & Reverse It – Match your movements to the beat and dive into inversions.

Split City – Work on splits, bird’s nest, and flow through continuous sequences & Big Energy Spins & Rolls – Bring big energy to dynamic spins, hip circles, and rolls.

Flow & Fly – Create seamless combos and perfect your transitions & Savage Combos – Level up with advanced spins and creative transitions.

Aerial Hoop: HoopFusion
Join our 6-week series and unlock your potential in the air with HoopFusion, an immersive aerial conditioning class designed to build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Using the aerial hoop (Lyra), you'll engage your entire body in dynamic movements that sculpt and tone, while developing the flexibility needed to master graceful transitions.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced aerialist, this class will help you fuse power with artistry, pushing your limits and elevating your skills. Join us to experience a fun, challenging workout that will leave you feeling empowered and uplifted!

You can expect to get between 3 and 5 ft (standing height) off the ground.
