Flip Foundations Workshop Level: 2 (Intermediate)
Do flips intimidate you? You’re not alone. This workshop is designed for anyone who feels hesitant about dynamic movement but wants to build the confidence and understanding to approach it safely.
What to Expect:
In this low-to-the-ground workshop, you’ll learn how to work with your fear instead of against it while developing the physical and mental tools needed for controlled, dynamic movement.
You’ll begin with a mobility-informed warm-up that incorporates neurological and balance-based drills to prepare both your body and mind. From there, you’ll explore foundational progressions that break down flipping mechanics in a way that feels approachable and supported.

Meathook: Strength & Leverage (Level 2)
The meathook is a powerful, side-bending shape that combines strength, leverage, and body awareness. In this workshop, you’ll break down the mechanics behind the movement to better understand how to create and control the position safely.
What to Expect:
You’ll begin with mobility work focused on side body engagement and shoulder positioning, then move into drills that build the strength and coordination needed to support the shape. From there, you’ll explore different grips and pole positions to find what works best for your body.

🎓 Eagle & Inverted Eagle Workshop
Sundays, July 26th | 11:30 - 1:00 PM | with Colleen
Eagle Workshop (Level 3)
Explore the strength, control, and mobility needed to achieve Eagle and Inverted Eagle—two beautifully bendy shapes that challenge how your body naturally wants to move.
This workshop focuses on opening the front body, improving back mobility, and building the awareness needed to safely “undo” common movement patterns we rely on in everyday life. You’ll begin with mobility testing and targeted drills, then work toward safely attempting each shape with proper engagement and alignment.
Skills We’ll Train:

Mobility drills for spine, shoulders, and front body opening

Strength and control for supported backbending shapes

Techniques for entering Eagle and Inverted Eagle
