Handspring Workshop – Grip It & Flip It (Level 3)

Your handspring isn't one-size-fits-all.

Skills We’ll Train:

  • True Grip

  • Twisted Grip

  • Cup Grip

  • Elbow Grip

  • Football Grip

Different grips can completely change your setup, body positioning, strength requirements, and overall experience in the skill. This workshop is designed to help you understand those differences and explore the options available to you.

This is not a choreography workshop.

There’s no routine to memorize and no need to worry about putting together a combination.

We're spending the entire two hours focused on handspring technique, grip variations, strength, and skill development.

Training Height:

Work will take place between 3–5 ft (standing height) to prioritize control and safe execution.
