Straddle to Spatchcock Workshop
Take your pole practice to new heights with this focused, mobility-driven workshop designed to help you understand and safely access one of pole’s most impressive shapes: the spatchcock.
This session breaks the skill down from the ground up—literally. You’ll begin with mobility testing and activation drills that target compression, forward folding, and straddle strength. Once your body is prepared, you’ll explore multiple pathways into spatchcock and practice on our studio’s 13 ft poles with the support of blocks and peanuts for alignment and control.

Recommended Experience
Students should have inversion experience, either ascending or descending comfortably into an inversion. Level 3

Dress Code:
Wear shorts or sticky leggings if you plan to attempt the full shape. Layers are welcome for warm-up, but skin or grip leggings will be necessary for secure contact on the pole.

This workshop is all about mastering the art of heel clacks—clean, intentional, and confident.
In this class, students will learn 30+ heel clack variations using:
